PART A. TRIP OBJECTIVES:

To sensitize and promote Domestic Tourism.

To promote people's ’ Health and Well-being Spirit.

To enable people's study different World climates as Kilimanjaro Mountain is a hot spot for Climate change study.

To enable people's achieve personal goals as climbing the mountain can mark personal achievement, i.e. individuals climb Mt. Kili to mark important events such as life resolutions.

Kilimanjaro inspires transformations. When you climb Kilimanjaro and stand on the roof of Africa, you see the world in a different way. What seemed impossible in your life might just be within your capabilities.

TRIP DETAILS:

Guides who will accompany group are familiar with First Aid Procedures and Life Saving Skills.

Mr. Geopron Lyimo. 

Warrant holder and Licensed professional Mountain guide with vast experience in mountain climbing, camping, park safaris. He has taken charge of groups for more than ten (10) years successfully to Oldonyo Lengai, Meru, Kilimanjaro and Kenya mountains previously. They are familiar with First Aid Procedures and Life Saving Skills.

PART B: Cost Implications:

The total cost for the entire trip will be Eight Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand only (T.Sh 895, 000/-) which is inclusive of transport from and back to hotel, inland transport while in Moshi, Park Fees, Guides, Porters & Cooks wages, accommodation, meals and soft beverages.

PART C: ACCOMMODATION:

The group will hire executive mountain huts while ascending and descending on Mount Kili. The accommodation is safe, quiet and friendly as it is under Tanzania National Parks Authority.

PART D: TRAVELLING ARRANGEMENTS AND PERSONAL KIT:

Equipment list and other registration arrangements will be sent to participants. 

We have rental shop of gears for those who does not have equipments for hiking. Guides will do an equipment check to make sure you have all of the necessary gear required. 



PART E: SAFETY AND SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

This subject is of utmost importance and we should collectively take it seriously. We must understand that we are dealing with people's (clients) and the trips described in the itinerary are very adventurous. While guides who will accompany you have enough experience in accompanying on such field trips, we would like to advice clients in advance on the following to further reduce risks.

Not to leave the group at any point and walk alone to a far distance unless accompanied by guides or a tour guide from the site visited.

To only drink bottled water from the shops or water supplied by the waiters.

To notify an accompanying guide immediately when not feeling well. e.g aches, fatigue, fever, nausea etc. refer to mountain/ altitude sickness.

PART F: CONFIRMATION

Climbers are asked to book in advance to help us determine the number of participants. It will also help to work on some of the equipment before the trip. The recommended deadline is one month before the departure date.
