Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport
- Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
- Meet your tour guide and transfer to your hotel in Moshi.
- Spend the day relaxing and preparing for the Kilimanjaro hike.
- Briefing and equipment check with your tour guide.
Day 2: Kilimanjaro Hike - Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut
- After breakfast, drive to Marangu Gate (1,860m).
- Complete registration and meet your team of guides and porters.
- Start the hike through the rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,700m).
- Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and rest at the hut.
- Overnight stay at Mandara Hut.
Day 3: Kilimanjaro Hike - Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
- Continue the hike from Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut (3,720m).
- Pass through the heather and moorland vegetation zones.
- Enjoy the scenic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscapes.
- Arrive at Horombo Hut, where you'll spend the night.
Day 4: Kilimanjaro Hike - Horombo Hut (Acclimatization Day)
- This day is dedicated to acclimatization.
- Take a short hike to Zebra Rocks or explore the area.
- The hike helps your body adjust to the increasing altitude.
- Return to Horombo Hut for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Kilimanjaro Hike - Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
- Begin the trek towards Kibo Hut (4,703m).
- Pass through the alpine desert and encounter the Saddle.
- Arrive at Kibo Hut, the base camp for the summit attempt.
- Rest and prepare for the challenging summit night.
- Early dinner and an early night to rest.
Day 6: Kilimanjaro Hike - Summit Day (Uhuru Peak) and Descent to Horombo Hut
- Wake up around midnight for a light breakfast.
- Start the summit attempt towards Uhuru Peak (5,895m).
- Hike through the steep and challenging scree slopes.
- Reach the summit and celebrate your achievement.
- Descend back to Kibo Hut and continue down to Horombo Hut for overnight stay.
Day 7: Kilimanjaro Hike - Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate and Transfer to Moshi
- Descend from Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate.
- Complete the necessary paperwork and receive your summit certificates.
- Say farewell to your guides and porters.
- Transfer back to your hotel in Moshi for a well-deserved rest and celebration.
Day 8: Flight to Zanzibar
- Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
- Arrive in Zanzibar and transfer to your beach resort.
- Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar.
Day 9-10: Zanzibar Beach Tour
- Enjoy two full days of leisure on the stunning beaches of Zanzibar.
- Take part in water activities like snorkeling, diving, or boat trips.
- Explore the historic Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Visit spice plantations and learn about Zanzibar's rich cultural heritage.
Day 11: Departure
- Transfer to Zanzibar International
